GES Families,
We kick off our Academic Celebrations tomorrow with Kinder and 3rd grade, followed by 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade on Friday.

Teachers have already notified families if a student will be receiving an award.

Arrival & Check-In

• Please bring your car tag for a quick check-in.
• You will receive a visitor badge for the gym only.
• All others will check in at front tables. You must have your driver's license.

End of Celebration

• Students will return to class with their teacher.
• Parents should remain seated until students have exited the gym; we will dismiss visitors after students are cleared.

Instructional Time & Check-Out

• To protect learning time, we ask that students remain at school after the celebration.
• If you must check your child out, this must be done through the front office.
• Students will only be called once, after all check-out names are submitted, to reduce instructional interruptions.
