These instructions will help you install the "digital copier" as a printer on your computer. The new copier in the workroom is designed for high-output copy and print jobs. Please follow the instructions below to install the printer. If you have trouble with the instructions, please let me or my staff know so we can assist you.

There are TWO sections of instruction, the first section is an overview of the steps necessary to install the printer. The second section has a detailed instructional video. If you feel comfortable with the written instructions in section one, follow them. Otherwise, watch the video in section two and duplicate it's instruction.

SECTION ONE - Instructions Overview:
1. Open install program location.
2. Run the SETUP to begin installation.
3. Accept the agreement then on the Search or Manual screen, choose "Search".
4. Choose the pcl5 option and and press "Add".
5. After the search is done, click the found printer at the top and add it to the bottom. 6. Take defaults for rest of setup.
7. Restart computer.
8. New printer is called IR5000.
